Monday November 30th the 2015-2017 City Council was sworn in at a ceremony at Meymandi Concery Hall in downtown Raleigh. Mayor McFarlane presided over the ceremony, which included music from Saint Augustine’s University Choir and an invocation by the Reverend Dr. Tom Harris of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church.
