Thank you, Raleigh!

Thank you RaleighDear friends,

It is an honor to serve as your Mayor, and I am grateful for the confidence of your vote. During my second term, I pledge to continue working hard to keep Raleigh moving forward and achieving national recognition as the best place to live, work and play in America.

As I told supporters on election night, we drink from a well we did not dig. Raleigh didn’t become a center of innovation and culture by accident — it took years of planning and hard work. As Raleigh continues its record growth throughout this decade and beyond, it’s important that we maintain the planning and vision that helped make us who we are today. I do not take this responsibility lightly, and I have no doubt we will rise to the challenge of making Raleigh a truly world-class city.

In the meantime, I have a small housekeeping request. We’re trying to recycle as many yard signs as possible, so please help us out by (safely!) picking up any you see along the road. You can leave them outside MedPro at 140 Northway Court in North Raleigh, or email the campaign at info.NancyMcFarlane@gmail.com and we’ll come pick them up.

Thank you once again for your support. With your help, we will continue making Raleigh the southern capital of arts, culture and innovation I know it can be!

-Mayor Nancy McFarlane
